Refund policy

Customers have the right to request a refund for online trainings or coachings under the following conditions: Single Session Trainings and Coachings: Requests for refunds must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the training. Refunds will be issued, minus an administrative fee. The amount of the administrative fee will be specified on your website. Training & Coaching Programs (Multiple Sessions): Requests for refunds made at least two (2) weeks before the scheduled start of the first session in the program will be issued, minus an administrative fee. The amount of the administrative fee will be specified on your website. If a refund is requested after the program has started, but before 50% of the scheduled sessions have taken place, a 50% refund will be issued, minus an administrative fee. No refunds will be issued if 50% or more of the scheduled sessions within the program have already taken place. Administrative Fee 20 USD for single training sessions and 100 USD for programs with multiple sessions.
